Food is a big part of my life; I love it.
From my own personal experience and that of clients I have trained, I realise that nutrition is the key fundamental to any successful training plan.
I covered nutrition and nutritional programming during my personal trainer courses but I have delved much deeper into my own research, finding out the differences between people , what they eat and how it effects them and their training. I have studied different diets and their applications, when is best to use certain aspects and how they react with our hormonal system.
I love to cook and eat out. I believe that dieting doesn't have to be boring. There are plenty of flavours to play around with and of course a good cheat here and there in moderation is definitely on the cards.
